Tariff
We quote by the date, not by the brochure.
Shimla pricing moves — a Tuesday in September and the 31st of December are not the same room at the same price, and any hotel that tells you otherwise is quoting you the December rate all year.
Send us your dates and you'll get the real number back, usually within the hour. Booking direct means no portal commission, so the rate we quote is lower than the same room on an aggregator.

Do you accept unmarried couples?
Yes. Couples are welcome with valid photo ID for both guests, in line with Himachal Pradesh registration rules.
Is there parking?
Shimla's core is largely pedestrian and parking is by public lot rather than at the door. Tell us when you book and we'll point you to the nearest lot and help with luggage from there.
Is food available?
Home-style vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals on request, plus tea and coffee through the day. There's also no shortage of places to eat on the Mall, five minutes downhill.
Can we book the whole building?
Yes — weddings, trekking groups and office offsites take the whole building fairly often. Message us with the dates and we'll hold it.
Is the building heated in winter?
Room heaters are provided on request through the winter at no extra charge, and hot water runs 24 hours.
